Addicted to New Beginnings

A friend once casually summed up all the decisions in my life as an addiction to new beginnings, and in 2017 there’s no denying that I am an addict. I married a wonderful (and handsome) man, I shared my first kiss with a giraffe in Kenya, I became inspired to explore my spirituality, and I transformed my passion for real estate into a full time career. Through it all, I’ve sprouted countless white hairs, laughed so hard I (almost) peed, underslept and then overslept, cried from sadness and happiness, had conversations with myself (sometimes, out loud), and have grown more confident as a person.

So now you must be wondering - who is this crazy person? Hello, my name is Vickie and I’m addicted to new beginnings.

I currently live in Irvine, California with my husband Joseph and our dog Em. I say currently because I’ve also had new beginnings in San Francisco and Manhattan. So having lived on both coasts and in both SoCal and the Bay Area, I can confidently say that Orange County is the best. Some of you will disagree so I preemptively disabled the comments section. The purpose of my blog is to describe all the AMAZING things about Orange County so if you are not an OC-fan I challenge myself to change our mind or if you have little to no knowledge about Orange County, I encourage you to stick around to learn more.
